    Theatre 282 presents
    'Lockdown in Little Grimley'

    A comedy by David Tristram.
While other theatres remain closed, Theatre 282 aims to re-open with this hilarious one Act comedy.
Written by a local author, this play is designed to be safely performed and enjoyed in lockdown.
Yes, the return Little Grimley's hapless Amateur Dramatic Society with the ever optimistic Gordon, stroppy Margaret, bolshy Bernard and blissfully obvious Joyce in a comedy that will have you laughing in your seats. Please note that rolling in the aisles is not permitted due to Covid restrictions!

As expected Gordon “has a plan”.
“Is it a Musical?” asks Joyce.
“Please tell me it’s not a musical!” says Margaret
“Am I in it?” asks Bernard.
“It’s a love story” says Gordon

    What could possibly go wrong?

A socially distanced performance at Blakedown Parish Rooms:
    • Thursday 25th March, 7.30pm
    • Friday 26th March, 7.30pm
    • Saturday 27th March, 7.30pm
This production contains some adult language and sexual references and is therefore recommended for 15+ years.
WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP US ALL SAFE
    • This play was written to be performed by a small cast with the actors at safe social distance.
    • It is a one act play, lasting around an hour, therefore reducing the audience's contact time with others.
    • There will be reduced and strictly limited seating in the hall to meet the current Covid rules.
    • Tables and seats will be set out in social bubbles to allow for safe social distancing. These may not be moved.
    • Face coverings will be required at all times, including during the performance, as per the current government guidance for indoor spaces.
    • There will be no bar or refreshment service in order to reduce movement around the hall, however you are welcome to bring your own drinks and (quiet!) snacks.
    • Hand sanitiser stations are placed all around the building.
    • Toilets will be available with a one-in-one-out system.
    • The NHS Covid APP log-in will be available at the entrance, please use it if you are able.
    • Doors open at 7pm. Please arrive in good time to allow for careful social distancing while entering and being seated.
    • Full refund if the performance is cancelled by Theatre 282 due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
